  User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by RH 04/04/2011 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Went to Swiss Farms in Clifton Heights, it was 9:55pm, they close at 10pm. The employee ignored me, pretending not to see me right in front of her, litteraly about 2 feet away, and just tended to her paperwork, looking around and pretending I wasn't there, she even looked out to see a car pulled in on the other side, (must have been her ride), she then went back to paperwork before coming to the door to tell me they closed at 10, I told her, it isn't 10 yet and I have been here for almost 5 minutes, she said she pulled her drawer allready and closed door in my face. Soooo I guess the employees just make up their own business hours, and do not know how to tell time. They also don't know anything about customer service. Well, whoever is in charge should tell their employee that closed today, April 4, 2011 that they have lost a long time daily customer, who will not return to any Swiss Farms. I do not think ignoring customers is good service, neither is lying to them about the time, especially since my cell phone and car clock are perfect and in working order, unlike Swiss Farm employees. I will not be back, and in this economy, an angry customer, bad customers service, and word of mouth can really hurt business.
